Born on January 26, 1966, in Tampa, Florida, Natalie Schubert’s early years were influenced by her father’s service in the Air Force and his educational pursuits at the University of Tampa. After his service, the family moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, bringing them closer to extended family. As the eldest child, Natalie developed a close bond with her younger sister, nurtured in a household that valued education and entrepreneurship, principles instilled by her father.

Education

Natalie graduated from Miami University in 1990 with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. Her time at Miami University was pivotal, instilling in her a robust foundation in financials and technology, which proved invaluable throughout her career. Although she did not pursue a career strictly in accountancy, the knowledge gained significantly contributed to her leadership and problem-solving skills in technology-driven businesses. In 2015, Natalie furthered her education at Harvard University, focusing on Organizational Leadership to refine her strategic leadership capabilities.

Career

Natalie’s professional journey began shortly after her graduation when she took a corporate role in the finance and accounting department of a Fortune 500 company. Seeking greater challenges, she founded the Financial Intelligence Network in 1991, providing consulting services on merger and acquisition strategies to mid-sized companies and investment groups. After nine years as an entrepreneur, she sold her business and joined IKON Office Solutions, progressing from Strategic Account Executive to General Sales Manager/Director of Strategic Accounts.

In 2005, Natalie transitioned to Ricoh USA, Inc., where she would spend over a decade in various leadership roles, significantly impacting digital transformation and client strategy. Her tenure at Ricoh was marked by leading teams through major restructuring and the launch of innovative technology solutions, which resulted in significant revenue growth and improved customer solutions.

In 2023, Natalie was appointed CEO of Daida, LLC, where she now leads investment and acquisition strategies, focuses on product and project innovation, and leverages data and AI technologies.

Personal Life

Residing in Central New Jersey since 2007, Natalie enjoys a rich family life with her husband, three daughters, and three grandchildren. The family shares a passion for international travel, having visited destinations like Bali, Bora Bora, and Cambodia. Natalie also enjoys being near water, whether swimming, boating, or walking on the beach.
